We hope you love your Wavy products—but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
We only offer refunds on unused and unopened products returned in their original condition and packaging. If your item has been opened or used, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us at info@feelwavy.com within 7 days of receiving your order. While we are not obligated to provide refunds for used or opened products, we will assess concerns on a case-by-case basis. Please note, we reserve the right to deny refunds at our discretion.
How to Return
To request a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you'll be asked to send your item to the following address:

Returns must be clearly marked with your order number & name. Failure to include this information will either delay or cancel your right for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus the original shipping charge.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
