We do our best to keep product info, pricing, and availability accurate, but things may change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion. Make sure your account info is accurate and up-to-date so we can contact you if needed.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order—only for unopened and unused products.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days once approved. If you’re unhappy with your order, we’ll review it case by case, but we’re not required to offer refunds on used items. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

7. UNAUTHORISED RESALE

Products purchased from Wavy are intended for personal use only. Reselling, distributing, or listing our products for sale on third-party platforms or marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Vinted, Depop, or similar services) is not permitted without our prior written approval.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any orders or referral credits, or refuse any order we believe is associated with unauthorized resale activity or purchasing intended for resale. This includes orders placed using multiple accounts, names, referal credits or addresses.

If we suspect a breach of this policy, we may also restrict future purchases and take any other action we consider appropriate to protect our brand and customers.

We sometimes link to other websites. We’re not responsible for their content or any issues that arise from using them.
